We had the pleasure of hosting two ADS Toulouse “Meet the Speaker” sessions, bringing together our members for valuable exchanges with key industry leaders.
🔹 Morning session – ATR Procurement
We were honoured to hear from Marion Smeyers, ATR SVP Procurement & Operations and Olivier CLAIR, ATR VP Procurement & Supply Chain, who shared key insights into ATR’s procurement organisation, strategies and operational challenges, while highlighting priorities and future developments.
As we move through the first quarter of 2026, it was a particularly timely opportunity to have Marion join us and share her perspectives and vision.
The session sparked meaningful conversations and questions from our members, highlighting strong interest and engagement across the room.
🔹 Afternoon session – DECADE-X
As part of the development of the DECADE-X project, we were delighted to welcome Philippe Grosbois, DECADE-X General Manager; Laurent Manez, DECADE-X Cooperation & Compliance Leader and Claire Bordas, HO Sales & Marketing BoostAeroSpace.
They shared valuable perspectives on DECADE-X, the first trusted and collaborative industry digital ecosystem, designed to enable seamless and secure data exchanges across the entire aerospace and defence sector.
The DECADE-X team also engaged directly with our members, delivering a highly interactive session featuring workshops on:

Both interactive sessions generated excellent discussion, idea-sharing and networking opportunities, giving our members actionable insights into key aerospace topics.
