ADS Toulouse is the French subsidiary of ADS, the leading trade association for the UK aerospace, defence, security and space sectors. The office is 100% financed by the members.

ADS Toulouse operates as a SASU and have a capital of 38,500€.

ADS Group is a not for profit trade organisation and operates as a Company Limited by Guarantee and not having a share capital. The Articles of Association for ADS Group Ltd provide further information regarding its mandate of operation.

Board

The Board is the formal governing body of ADS Toulouse, and is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial decision making on behalf of Members. It consists of a mix of elected and appointed representatives to ensure balance from across the sectors we represent.

In 2025, the board contains representatives from GKN, Hyde, BAE Systems, Nasmyth, AVPE-Broadway Group and Sigma.

President & Director

ADS Toulouse is managed by a dedicated Director, Marie-Margaux Honikman, who works closely with President Kevin Craven, who serves as CEO of ADS Group.

With the Board, they are responsible for contributing to the strategic development of ADS Toulouse, including developing and implementing the annual business plan, setting objectives and achieving financial targets.

Chairman & Vice Chairman

Serving on the Board we have Chairman Chris Everett, GKN Aerospace SVP Airbus and Vice Chairman Anthony Hammond, Hyde Aero Products Ltd Divisional Managing Director, who represent each of the sectors.

All other Members of the Board represent a specific role as defined by the Board.
