ADS Toulouse Newsletter #13 – July 2023

It’s been a month since the Paris Air Show and despite four years of absence, the show still remains one of the major international events.

This 54th edition has proved to be abundant in connections and opportunities for the aeronautical industry. The full booked order books reflect the confidence of the sector and the endless prospects for growth in air transport and the aviation industry associated with it.

Decarbonisation and recruitment were high on the agenda and remained the focus throughout the week.

Major OEMs reflected that the ramp-up of activity, although welcomed, generates supply chain challenges common to all players and while there is movement on decarbonisation, sustainability and net zero, much remains to be done and the sector must continue to accelerate its transition.
